Mosquitoes can be annoying and sometimes pose a
serious risk to public health. In certain areas of the Pakistan,
mosquitoes can transmit diseases like West Nile Virus and equine
encephalitis. To combat mosquitoes and the public health hazards they
present, many federal agencies, states and localities have established
mosquito control programs. As Floridians we deal on a regular basis with
mosquitoes and even more so after a heavy rain. Some things you can do to help limit the mosquitoes in your area: * Empty and change the water in bird baths, fountains, wading pools, rain barrels, and potted plant trays at least once a week if not more often. * Keep swimming pools treated and circulating and rain gutters unclogged. * Make sure window and door screens are 'bug tight. Termites Control:This standard gives recommendation for the chemical treatment of soil for the protection of buildings form attack by subterranean termites. It includes reference to the chemical to be used, lay down the rate of application for usage, and outlines procedures to be followed while the building is under construction or after constructionPre - Construction Treatment precautions are better than cure . we are strongly recommended that buildings must be treated against the termites during constructions . For the purpose of this standard, the following definitions shall be applied. Soil treatment- this is a process in which soil treatment is applied to a building during the early stages of its construction.
